Who is T.R.E. for?
T.R.E. is for EVERYONE who wants to be more balanced and resilient. By learning this technique you can be clear symptoms from stress, tension and chronic anxiety and depression, to name but a few.  In time, with regularly use, it becomes a preventative practice stopping the body, mind and emotions suffering as a result of the stresses and traumas of everyday life.  This makes it ideal for anyone who wants to achieve a greater sense of well-being.

What is T.R.E.?
It is a powerful therapy which easily and naturally invokes the body’s innate tremoring response in a controlled and sustained way, to safely and gently release symptoms of stress, tension and trauma from the body.  
The sequence of seven simple and adaptable exercises developed by Dr David Berceli activate an involuntary shaking (also known as neurogenic tremors) which have a major impact on physical, mental and emotional health, reducing stress, anxiety, tension and pain as well as severe traumas. 
T.R.E. is a predominantly no talking therapy. The technique is easily learned, self-empowering and immediately effective allowing the body to return to a more calm, relaxed and balanced state.

Where can I do T.R.E.?
I currently run one weekly group:
Thursday 7pm - 8.30pm in Bletchingdon, Oxfordshire
Individual private sessions can also be arranged in Bletchingdon, Banbury or in a venue of your choice (this may be subjected to further charges).
A six week group course is £150.
A six week private course is £300.
Top-up sessions are available on an ad hoc basis, these are only £10.
All equipment is provided for paid sessions and T.R.E. Starter Packs are available to purchase from me so that you can practice at home.
 
Will I feel better if I practice T.R.E.?  
With the experience working with many people in the UK it has left them all feeling better.  As tension releases from the body, the brain registers a reduction in pain signals, producing new hormones that promote healing from within bringing about a greater sense of well-being.  Other benefits of T.R.E. include:
